50% amount advance on booking time and remaining amount will be clear before 15 days of exhibition otherwise the stall will be allotted to other exhibitor.
Payment to be made Cash/Cheque in the name of “HIYA ADD”.
For all size stalls we provide 1 table, 2 chairs, 2 spot lights, 1 plug point.
In any circumstances amount will be non refundable or non adjustable and no cancellation.
The payment would not be refunded in case of any natural calamities or human disaster.
Extra charges for other facilities. HIYA ADD is not responsible for selling of your products and services.
Any kind of taxes applicable will be responsibility of stall owner.
10% would be charged extra if the stalls are taken at prime locations or taken on sharing basis.
Any kind of offer/discount banners are strictly prohibited in stalls or exhibition area.
Advertising budget is subject to change.
Guarantee of crowd pulling is unassured.
Floor plan is tentative; it may be changed without any notice.

Exhibitors are solely responsible for the safety of their goods; we are not responsible for theft/loss of any goods.

The stall owners must make complete payment before the exhibition starts. Without full payment they won’t be allowed to take products out.
GST (18%) will be extra. Rules & policies are made for the convenience of all, we hope everyone would agree to it.
In case of cheque bounce, the charge & late payment fees will be charged from the stall owner.
All stall holders must follow all govt. guidelines and rules.
Stall holders are responsible for maintaining exhibition premises. Any damage will be charged.
